Breakfast of Champions!

As I was with my little one at the park yesterday, she was apprehensive of going into the splash pad because there were quite a few more people there today than previous occasions.

so instead, we spent the evening doing other non cooling activities at the park and a summer afternoon. it didn't dawn on me until later that evening the afternoon I robbedd her off because of my lack of energy.

I've come to notice that around 3:30 p.m. I'm dragging. I'm sluggish, my energy is down and my cognitive thought process is slower. ENOUGH!

How many more are there events have I failed to fully be present for!

So I've decided to commit the next 30 days to breakfast. Deemed the most important meal of the day.

For the next 30 days, I commit to having breakfast daily within the first hour of waking. and not just any breakfast - 1 balance with protein carbohydrates fats.

this small change can lead from it, many more. I find my commitment level more abundant when the tasks are manageable for me as I balance all six plates that I spin daily - called my life.
