Persistance Not Perfection

It's been three weeks of doing my couch to 5K app. 3 days a week I'm up and running by 6:30am, two other days- I do at home cardio. I've signed up for my local 24 hour gym but haven't made it there for a workout yet. I am building my workout repertoire as we speak however. So when I do make it there, I am focused on the workout of the day (WOD).
I'm happy with the fact that I'm doing my morning cardio consistently. Me and baby girl now have a morning routine that works for us. On the days that I'm not doing cardio- it's her morning. We swing on her outdoor swing as I sip my morning cup of joe.
I have paired my new goals with team work. For the next 16 weeks I'm held accountable with my #FitforFall fam. A team of us that have committed to daily health goals over the next 16 weeks.
